Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee; no-shows may be charged in full. I'm Judy, an Integrative Health Coach and proud graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with advanced training in gut and hormone health. My healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant gave me firsthand experience with the challenges women face — from burnout to navigating complex health transitions.
After personally battling the emotional and physical toll of perimenopause and, most recently, undergoing a hysterectomy and oophorectomy, I understand the deep need for support, clarity, and whole-person healing. My own journey through surgical menopause led me to create a space where women feel seen, heard, and empowered to reclaim their health.
Today, I combine clinical insight with holistic strategies to guide women through gut healing, hormonal balance, and midlife transformation — so they can thrive, not just survive. Your healing matters. Let’s walk this journey together.
